Moana Oasis Villa is locally owned and operated, a true labour of love. Our aim is to provide guests with a truly private, relaxing experience with lots of space to unwind. If you prefer Isolation then this is the place for you. We look forward to sharing the tranquility of our little paradise here on Rarotonga with you.

Our spacious villa is located in the village of Arorangi, Kavera on the Western side of the island, where you will be able to enjoy stunning sunset views each evening from your private upstairs balcony overlooking the lagoon. Or get even closer to the magic on your very own white sandy beach just a stone’s throw away from your front door.

With our outdoor BBQ gazebo, poolside dining area and lounge suites, breakfast bar, and covered day bed. This villa is suited to entertain your family rain or shine.

The villa is family friendly and offers flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate children, couples, or singles. The spacious living area is great for family gatherings, or entertaining guests. While the upstairs reading room and private balcony offers a more intimate setting overlooking the picturesque garden and the lagoon.

Your safety and security is our priority. The Villa is equipped with security and mosquito screens, a safe, regular private security, and onsite caretakers adjacent to the property who can assist you if you need help. Our Villa is designed to be fully self contained and private so you can stay within this tropical family bubble for the duration of your stay if needed.
